SJC Academy is St Joseph’s College’s dedicated initiative to foster professional growth and support for staff. The logo designed by Black Canvas builds on St Joseph’s College’s shield to ensure brand unity.  A stylised figure formed from a leaf symbolises growth, care, and professional development. This design captures the Academy’s mission to nurture staff through continuous learning. A rounded typeface adds warmth and approachability, and the flowing shapes convey energy, movement, and ‘Support in Action’. The deep navy and purple from the College’s palette reinforce trust, professionalism, and the humanity at the heart of the Academy’s values.
