The Australian Cotton Disease Collaboration (ACDC) is a national initiative uniting researchers and industry leaders to reduce the economic impact of current and emerging cotton diseases. To support this important work, we developed a distinctive brand identity that reflects both scientific credibility and the global reputation of Australian cotton as strong, white and exceptionally clean.

The logo features a modern interpretation of the Australian continent, symbolising national collaboration and a commitment to keeping our cotton industry disease-free. At its centre, a continuous-line cotton boll represents the interconnected journey of cotton — from research and farming through to processing and supply. The colour palette draws inspiration from the natural hues of the cotton plant’s blossoms, creating an authentic and meaningful connection to the industry. Black Canvas also designed supporting fact sheets to ensure clear, consistent communication across the sector.
