City Heart Toowoomba
City Heart Toowoomba is a growing group of small business owners formed to promote inner city Toowoomba as an exciting retail destination. The group is keen to establish central Toowoomba as a leader in small business development across the region and they organise and plan activities to bring people back into the CBD and to support local traders. Black Canvas helped develop a corporate look and identity that the group can associate with and promote their cause throughout the region. As our studio is located in Toowoomba’s city heart - we too are passionate about seeing our CBD survive and thrive.

"When our group of small businesses in Toowoomba’s CBD came together and sourced an identity branding image, Black Canvas was recommended to us. Within the guidelines they were given, we had a fast turnaround of an identification logo and branding of our group that we know is timeless and easily identifiable. The design is very clever and offers many opportunities for variation within the overall branding concept. We have collaborated with Black Canvas on many occasions since for the production of brochures and posters publicising our special events, especially our Fashion Event.
